One night in Nagoya

And now, back to Japan...

We had met several people from Nagoya on our trip through Japan, and all had told us the same thing...Go to Nagoya and get chicken wings. We had one night between Matsuyama and heading back to Tokyo where we hadn't planned anything, so we decided to seek out these famous wings. We had been told of a chain called Yama-chan, which was supposedly the best place to experience the wings, and luckily, in Nagoya, there is a Yama-chan on almost every block.
I've got to say, these were awesome wings! And we even learned a new method of eating wings, which will revolutionize wing eating in the west.
